Items marked as final sale or "non-returnable" on the product page or during the checkout process.
Tags are damaged, or item appears to be worn or damaged with stains, snags, or other similar conditions.
Damaged Returns: If you have received a damaged, wrong, or any fault caused by us, you can contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. If any order is returned back without any notifications ahead, all possible restocking fees will apply.
For items that are not damaged, wrong or anything caused by us, we'll deduct the fees from the refund for the sending and returns. Your refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise.
You can return your item you want to exchange by following Subrtex Return Instructions. Then place a new order for items you want to exchange for.
For product that sizes are not suitable: All of the SUBRTEX products will have a size instruction on the product page. Please carefully measure the size of items before purchasing. If customer followed size guide, but product still not fit, then we will cover the return shipping cost. In other circumstance, we will deduct the shipment fee from the refund.
