Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, We can’t catch it and cancel it for you. You must wait to receive your item and then, you may send it back for a refund (If your order has been charged for shipping, the shipping charges are non-refundable).
But If your order hasn’t been processed or if there is a problem with your order (i.e., your item is out of stock or delayed), we support cancellation and will send you a follow-up email.
All Subrtex orders have a handling time before the order can ship from our warehouse. For most items, we will make shipment in 24 hours. Unless the weekend or holiday, we will make the delivery on the first available business day. Any special handling times will be noted in the item description.
If several orders are placed on same day and same address, these orders will be held to ship together. If you have any demand, (i.e., changing address /items, or canceling order) please email us in handling time.
For other countries outside USA, $20 will be charged for one order.
For bulk orders over $1000, the shipping charge depends on some factors (i.e., countries, products weight), Please email us for details.
For Shipping to USA. Subrtex has two central warehouses in China and USA.
If the product is in the USA warehouse , It will take 3-7 Business Days by UPS
If the product is in the China warehouse , It will take 7-20 Business Days by USPS

Ship the package back using ourconvenient PRE-PAID shipping label service* (for MATTRESS, $30/order will bededucted from refund; for OTHER ITEMS, $15 will be deducted from refund)
· Your label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
· Print your pre-paid FEDEX return label. If you are unableto print on your own, your local FEDEX Store may be able to assist.
· Affix your FEDEX label to the outside of the box,ensuring the original shipping label is completely covered (or removed).
· Drop the package off at any authorized FEDEX shippingoutlet.
· Please record the tracking number to trace the package (12digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)
