Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, We can’t catch it and cancel it for you. You must wait to receive your item and then, you may send it back for a refund (If your order has been charged for shipping, the shipping charges are non-refundable).
But If your order hasn’t been processed or if there is a problem with your order (i.e., your item is out of stock or delayed), we support cancellation and will send you a follow-up email.
All Subrtex orders have a handling time before the order can ship from our warehouse. For most items, we will make shipment in 24 hours. Unless the weekend or holiday, we will make the delivery on the first available business day. Any special handling times will be noted in the item description.
If several orders are placed on same day and same address, these orders will be held to ship together. If you have any demand, (i.e., changing address /items, or canceling order) please email us in handling time.
Free shipping across the USA if the order is over $50, under $50 the shipping cost is $5
For other countries outside USA, $10 will be charged for one order.
For bulk orders over $1000, the shipping charge depends on some factors (i.e., countries, products weight), Please email us for details.

If the product is in the USA warehouse , It will take 3-7 Business Days by UPS
If the product is in the China warehouse , It will take 7-20 Business Days by USPS

Damaged Returns: If you have received a damaged, wrong, or any fault caused by us, you can contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. If any order is returned back without any notification to our customer service department, all possible restocking fees will apply.
For items that are not damaged, wrong or anything caused by us, we'll deduct the shipping fee from the refund for the sending and return fees .
Your refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds are usually processed within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise.
You could return your item you want to exchange by following Subrtex Return Instructions. Then place a new order for items you want to exchange for.
For product that sizes are not suitable: All of the SUBRTEX products will have a size chart on the product page. Please carefully measure your sofa size
before purchasing to ensure it is available. If the measured data is available, but the sofa cover you received is not available, then we will cover the return
shipping cost. However, if your sofa exceeds our size chart, the return shipping cost will be your own.
1. Go to subrtex.com/order-returnto start your return. Write your email and order number to load your order. Choose the items you want to return, and write the return reason. Submit your return application and we will email you a return authorization number and return-shipping label.
2. Package up your order! Print the return-shipping label. Write the return authorization number outside package box. Please be sure the items are in the original packaging and folded appropriately.
3. Stick your return-shipping label on the package and drop it off at the nearest Post Office.
Once we received and confirm the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
